We have actually watched them all! They are pretty good (and the casting for Margaret Beaufort is especially fantastic). They follow Gregory's The White Queen, The Red Queen, and The Kingmaker's Daughter very closely.

I've been watching On Demand (because my husband is a jerkface who won't shut up when I'm trying to watch.)

So far I am really enjoying it. And I appreciate how mostly-true to the books they've been.

Since we're blacked out of Showtime, we're getting Starz while CBS and TWC duke it out. So far, I've really been enjoying this series, especially the character development.

We only budget for one premium channel (HBO for GoT) - is this available on amazon prime?? (which I have totally not maximized for streaming)

No, it is available for purchase on amazon instant but not free prime.

how do you feel about streaming sites? 
Really though you can get the series pretty cheap and it was very good.

I got it from Costco for $20.
