Friday: Movie night with the kids, dropped A off for the weekend.
Saturday: Had breakfast out, then spent most of the day calling people about horses. We went shopping for Iz's birthday and went to the IL's for dinner.
Sunday: Lazy day at home, I searched for horses again and found one that will be great for the kids.
It started off crappy. We were supposed to get a newborn placement and didn't. :'(There were tears and cookies and a few more tears.
We rallied Saturday. I helped form a troop so LMC can be a Girl Scout which was exciting. We played at the park, went to our police department's open house (ID cards, bouncy, tour etc.), shopping and then babysat our friends son. Long day!
Sunday was a lazy day. Playing, family nap, laundry folding and a yummy lasagna for dinner.

Friday: Went to the beach and got some sun. Swam in the ocean for 2 hours and got my ass handed to me by the waves.
Saturday: Saw a friend from high school and met her new SO and then worked from home.
Sunday: Went to a peach festival at a local orchard. Picked blackberries, blueberries and did a food tasting with assorted foodstuffs with peach in them at said festival. Hung out more with friends and then worked from home until 2 AM.

Friday: Movie and pizza night at home with E. And we started prepping the pieces for the crafty SWAPS she needed for GS camp this week.
Saturday: E was up before 7, but played by herself until around 7:45. I did a few chores around the house and we got ready to leave to meet my brother/SIL/nephew for a picnic at the beach. It ended up being a really nice afternoon. Afterwards we visited a work friend that lives nearby and then ran a few errands before heading home for dinner and bed.
Sunday: E slept in until 7:45 so we got up and had breakfast and got to work on her SWAPS. They look like s'mores: foam paper graham cracker, brown felt chocolate, a small foam marshmallow that E drew smiley faces on and a safety pin with a tag with her first name and troop number. We busted out 91 (there were a few oops) of them and I felt like I had my craftiness on, ha! I am so not crafty. After that we had lunch and headed out to do weeding and watering at a school's pumpkin patch, another GS project. Then we got E's bangs trimmed, picked up groceries and got home in time to meet E's friend down the street to carpool to GS camp check-in. After camp check-in the neighbors were headed to the park down the street for a little play time so we were talked into joining them. My plans for dinner were dashed, but E enjoyed the playtime. I scrambled together a quick dinner and bedtime followed.
Friday - Met L and the kids for dinner. She took them to Target and I went to Kohls to look for new bras. Didn't find any, but found a shirt for $4.67.
Saturday - L got the kids up, ready, dressed, and out the door to the gym while I stayed in bed and read. I finally got myself up and out to get a pedicure. They came home and we went to lunch, went to Wegmans, and came home to let the kids watch a movie while L and I napped/read. We went to a minor league game that night. PERFECT weather. The rain came at the top of the 5th, so we left. YAY!
Sunday - We took the kids to see Smurfs 2 and then home to relax, read, and play outside. Gray and L went for a run while I cleaned off the deck. A friend came over for dinner - it was so nice to hang out outside. The kids got the bed late and I stayed up too late reading.
Monday - We took the kids to camp and then we went to Kohls where L bought me new sneakers that actually fit, went to breakfast, and did the Segway tour of Annapolis. It was beautiful out and so fun! I've wanted to do it for a long time and it didn't disappoint. We picked up the kids from camp, went to dinner, and came home for cake and presents. It was a great day. Thanks for all of the birthday wishes!
K had games all weekend so I cleaned like a mad woman. I feel so guilty when she's working all day that I feel like I need to compensate around the house while she's gone. I got more done (as I posted!) than I could have imagined I would. N was a champ, he was fun and independent and in a good mood all weekend. I'm still reeling over what I was able to accomplish.
Sunday we went to Ikea and spent too much money but the things I bought really helped my organization efforts.
Monday we got some amazing news and then, while we were processing, we got some more and to celebrate, we went to the beach. N was in heaven. He wadded out to his waist and chased sea gulls and dug with shells and we had fried dough and played skee-ball and took photo booth pictures and rode a carousel. It was the best day we've had in a while. Everyone was on the same page and we came home full to the brim with love. K even surprised me with a lengthy, beautifully written card and flowers which she went out and bought this morning, so I know the day had the same effect on her as it did to me. I fell head over heels in love with her all over again, like early relationship kind of smitten. It was exactly what we needed. It made me even more excited to meet this new little one with her and experience the newness all over again.

Friday we just hung out at home.
Saturday I had my running group, then I got my list of things together for this weekend. She worked in the yard on some things while I napped because I wasn't feeling that great. We went out for dinner.
Sunday she worked, I still wasn't feeling well but I cleaned a lot and got my clothes ready to pack for this weekend. I ended up not meeting up with my friend, she had a family thing come up which I was kind of happy about to be honest since I wasn't feeling good. I think we did something else after my wife got home from work, but for the life of me I can't remember what.
