I haven't been part of it in the past. But, I've been wanting to lose about 10 pounds - and more importantly fit into the skirts of several suits that I bought last fall that are too tight.

-What program are you following? I'm not really. I only drink water, work out 5 days a week, and am mindful of what I ate.
-How many times did you work out? 5
-Best meal this week? (Can either be healthiest or just best tasting) I made baked Parmesan from skinnytaste.com yum. -What's your goal for this week? 2lbs

-What did you lose / gain this week? I lost 1.0
-Total lost? 14.8 since mid-March
-What program are you following? Weight Watchers
-How many times did you work out? 4
-Best meal this week? (Can either be healthiest or just best tasting) Spinach Alfredo; sauteed spinach with fresh garlic, added to whole wheat pasta and light alfredo sauce. 6 points per cup!
-What's your goal for this week? Lose 2.5 more and I'll get my 5%

-What did you lose / gain this week? I am just starting this week so there is no loss / gain.

-What program are you following? I will be using MyFitnessPal. I have used it in the past with success and plan to utilize the free tool again.
-How many times did you work out? zero - this is definitely something I need to work on!
-Best meal this week? (Can either be healthiest or just best tasting) This week we were on vacation and ate out for almost every meal. The best meal we had was at Texas De Brazil in Orlando. It is a huge salad bar and then there are servers / cooks that come to your table and carve the meat in front of you. We had a great selection of filet mignon, some other cuts of steak, chicken, sausage. The meats were delicious!
-What's your goal for this week? My goal for this week is to lose 2 pounds and workout 3x. The 3 workouts will be roughly 30 minutes each to ease me back into working out. It has been over 6 months since I have done any type of strenuous. physical activity.

-What program are you following? Counting calories and trying to eat clean

-Best meal this week? (Can either be healthiest or just best tasting) The dinner from the wedding I was at last night...greek salad, stuffed chicken and yummy garlic mashed potatoes, it was amazing

What did you lose / gain this week? I lost two pounds
-Total lost? 20 pounds since January
-What program are you following? WWers and personal training and I limit my carbs
-How many times did you work out? I do 4-5 days of an hour of cardio and lift weights with the trainer 2-3 times
-Best meal this week? (Can either be healthiest or just best tasting) Green Monster Smoothie from Skinny Taste, I eat the heck out of those things.
-What's your goal for this week? It's my goal for life, to maintain at this weight. I had to work really hard to get here (helped that my sister's wedding last weekend was my goal) and now I need to make this a lifestyle so I don't gain it back like I have many times in the past.
-What program are you following? Low carb, calorie counting, and eating a minimum amount of protein and fat grams per day. Plus working out with strength and cardio.
-How many times did you work out? 5 cardio workouts, 1 strength workout
-Best meal this week? (Can either be healthiest or just best tasting) Either a lettuce wrapped burger with bacon, avocado, cheddar, and peanut butter or duck confit frittata

-What program are you following? The four hour body (I can't eat soy, wheat, or dairy, so my life pretty much mimics his plan, so I just follow it instead to make everything easier.

-What's your goal for this week? To run 3 times and be down 5 pounds since the last time I weighed (like 3 weeks ago)
-What did you lose / gain this week? -2 lbs, which is good, but last week was +4, so I'm still trying to recover from that.
-Total lost? 14 lbs! Woo!
-What program are you following? I'm taking a "health makeover" type class I got a groupon for last fall. I took a test to determine my "metabolic type" and it spit out a diet plan. Basically I'm a protein type, which means a modified low-carb diet. The instructor also loosely follows the "good calories, bad calories" idea and I find not counting calories or points extremely freeing.
-How many times did you work out? I went for a walk once, besides that I don't really work out.
-Best meal this week? (Can either be healthiest or just best tasting) QUINOA! I've become obsessed with it and all the different things I can do with it. Hot, cold, leftover, fresh, it's all good.
-What's your goal for this week? This week is the end of the 12 week class, so final weights and measurements. I'm hoping to be down a nice even 15 lbs, 3 inches in the waist and 5 inches across my hips!

I'm glad these are happening again. I found them very motivating!
-What did you lose / gain this week? Not sure about this week because I hadn't weighed in since April 14 but I lost 6 pounds between then and yesterday.
-Total lost? 33 pounds since January 9
-What program are you following? Weight Watchers
-How many times did you work out? This week, I didn't. Oops!
-Best meal this week? (Can either be healthiest or just best tasting) Nothing stands out.
-What's your goal for this week? Get at least three work-outs in and actually eat all the fruit and vegetables in my fridge.

Could we maybe move the weigh-in to Mondays? I'm not usually on during the weekend & I'm thinking there might be others like me. Thoughts?

-What program are you following? Started low carb, now calorie counting via MyFitnessPal
-How many times did you work out? Only twice but both were really good workouts
-Best meal this week? (Can either be healthiest or just best tasting) Homemade pizza yesterday, both yummy & healthy
-What's your goal for this week? Not to overdo it on eating & drinking...I'll be traveling, going to a wedding & seeing my best friends from college, it could get ugly if I don't keep it in check
-What did you lose / gain this week? I weigh on Tuesdays, so I'll use last week - down 2.8
-Total lost? 3.4 (I'm allowed to use decimals when the amount is so small!)

-How many times did you work out? I walked a few times last week - very sad effort on my part.

(Can either be healthiest or just best tasting) Last night we were feeling lazy, and had eaten some richer restaurant food on Saturday night - so we busted out some cut up pineapple and watermelon, some amazing mature cheddar cheese and shared a TJ's pretzel roll. By far the best meal all week.
-What's your goal for this week? Lose at least another 1.2 so I can break the 5 pound mark, and get in at least 4 days of real exercise (beyond just walking the dogs around the block)

-Total lost? since christmas about 10 pounds
-What program are you following? no specific program, but I'm eating a reasonably low carb/high lean protein diet with lots of veggies! YUM!
-How many times did you work out? I haven't been, due to some health problems, but I have been given the all clear to start working out again and I'm slowly working into it. Right now, it's just walking the dog a mile or two, every day.
-Best meal this week? (Can either be healthiest or just best tasting) tomato and goat cheese (fresh from the goat) risotto! YUM!
-What's your goal for this week? drop one pound. Slow and steady! :-)
