My run today sucked big time, but somehow I managed to get in seven miserable miles (i wanted to get eight in). I was tired after a 5k yesterday and Mother's Day festivities, but I kept at it. It feels good to have gotten the miles in rather than bagging it and going home.

Good for you! I sometimes find that when I realllyyyy don't want to do a workout but I drag my ass out to do it anyways, I have a more kick ass workout then usual
