Putting black olives on my fingers is one of the best parts of Thanksgiving for me. That being said, I don't really eat olives any other time of the year so my answer is special snowflake.
Yes. C, like me when I was little, only likes black ones right now. I love kalamata olives and green ones especially if they are stuffed with something like garlic or jalapenos. Yummm
I love olives. There is a grocery store I frequent specifically because they carry an olive bread that actually has a ton of olives. DD is crazy about olives to the point I have to hide them in the fridge and dole them out as treats.

No. When I was very young my daycare did some sort of Halloween thing where you stick your hands into covered boxes that contain different "scary" things. You could eat them if you wanted. Peeled grapes were whitches eyeballs, etc. They cut olives in half and cut notches into them for bats' feet. I took a bite of an olive and HATED it. For some reason I have not been able to eat olives since. It's really strange, especially since I have outgrown all of my other childhood food aversions.
