For about another year, apple crisp. I canned 20 or so quarts of apple pie filling last fall, and am slowly using that up.
Otherwise, it is often Rhubarb bounce or some kind of rhubarb bake as I usually have lots of rhubarb in the freezer. Or zucchini bread/cake/muffins. Do you see a theme?
Pie of some sort, depending on what's in season/in the house.
Not apple because I'd rather slit my wrists than peel apples all night.
Yep. Except I'll do apple pie. I don't mind.
You're a better woman than I. I made apple ginger jam a while back and I made H peel the apples for me. Which he did. Because he lurves me. And wanted jam.

Brownies. From a box. I love the Ghiradelli (sp?) ones. Even the best bakers I know agree it's really hard to make a homemade brownie much better than a boxed one. I hate to bake, so it's extra perfect for me.
During the holidays I make a peppermint glaze for the top and put crushed candy canes on top. I could eat those all.year.long.
Pie with seasonal fruit. I love making my own pie pastry.
If I don't have any time, I'll make chocolate cobbler. Its like a hot lava cake but in a casserole dish and stupid easy to make. I almost always have all the ingredients on hand, but its better if you serve it with raspberries and ice cream.

I'm side-eyeing the lack of links in this thread and especially this one because I will make this today.
I have a killer brownie recipe. KILLER. And while the ghiradelli ones are decent, there IS a difference between good homemade and boxed ones... IMO! I have my recipe basically memorized so it is super easy. I dont really think making brownies from scratch are that much harder than from a box anyhow. But yeah, I know brownies are a simple thing, but they are SO FREAKIN GOOD. They are 100% my go-to!

Berry Trifle. It combines 3 of my 4 sweet tooth cravings - pudding, cake and fruit. If I could find a way to throw ice cream in it, trust, it would go in there too.

Oatmeal marble squares. They're easy to make and I always have the ingredients on hand. Double the recipe for a crowd. www.cooks.com/rec/view/0,1610,152168-251199,00.html

I Love trifle!!!! I thought I was the only dork who actually owned and used her trifle bowl. lol. When I was a kid, a lady who went to my church would make trifle for our annual Christmas luncheon and I looked forward to the trifle more than anything. With homemade whipped cream....zomg
Lemon Berry Trifle (it's about 180-220 cal per serving depending on how much you eat):
Recipe:
1 Angel Food Cake
2 Containers of Cool Whip, thawed (I use Extra Creamy, but any of them work)
2 Yoplait or Chobani Greek Lemon Yogurts
4 Tbs Lemon Meringue Pie Filling
1-2 packages each: fresh blueberries, raspberries, strawberries (you can also use blackberries to substitute any of the other berries)
In large bowl, mix cool whip, lemon yogurt, and lemon meringue pie filling. Make sure it is well mixed (will be smooth and fluffy.) Set aside. Cut up angel food cake into bite size pieces. Cut up strawberries.
In large desert dish, put half the bite sized angel food cake on the bottom. On top of the cake, layer half the blueberries, raspberries and strawberries. Then on top of the berries layer half the Cool Whip mixture. Repeat to make one more layer of cake, berries, then cool whip. Garnish with a few berries. Can be served immediately or refrigerated for 1-2 hours prior to serving. Stays good for 1-2 days in the refrigerator
