I have lots, but I really love baking. Since blackberries are very cheap, I've been making lots of blackberry cobbler.
I'm about to move into ice cream cake season- In a springform pan, put an entire carton of Breyer's vanilla (or other brand/flavor), and smooth out. Crumble up Newman-O's (way more delicious than Oreos), and sprinkle evenly on top of ice cream. Make one batch of fudge sauce and pour it evenly over cookies (http://smittenkitchen.com/2009/02/hot-fudge-sauce/). Put in freezer for about 30 minutes. Lastly, use another carton of Breyer's (whatever flavor/brand) and smooth on top. Place back into freezer and let sit for at least an hour before you remove the springform pan.
Whiskey cake. I need to get the exact recipe from my mom, but it consists of yellow cake mix, vanilla pudding mix, sour cream, eggs, oil, milk, whiskey, walnuts, and chocolate chips (I think that's everything).
Bake, sprinkle with confectioners sugar when done.
Let it sit for a day to let the whiskey really soak through.
Or, if you prefer, this lovely piece of work: Chocolate cake with a filling of chocolate covered cherries. Oreo frosting and a layer of chocolate syrup holding a bag of crushed Oreos.

Deep Dish Brownies: 3/4 c melted butter;1 1/2 c sugar;1 1/2 tsp vanilla;3 eggs;3/4 c flour;1/2 c baking cocoa(Unsweetened);1/2 tsp baking powder;1/2 tsp salt;1 c choc chips (I always use 'good' ones... whatever the store has that is a high chocolate %, something darker and better than the toll house ones); 1 serving of dark roast sbux via (this is my secret ingredient addition to the recipe)
Heat oven to 350. Grease 8x8 pan (important not to use a 9x9 - makes them too thin). In medium mixing bowl blend melted butter, sugar, and vanilla. Add eggs;beat well w/ wooden spoon (yes the type of spoon matters). Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt; gradually add to egg mixture, beating until well-blended. Stir in chips. Spread into prepared pan. Bake 40-45 min or until brownies begin to pull away from sides of pan.
Note that I dont bother with the separate bowl mixing. I mix the wet ingredients then I add the dry and mix it all well. You dont want to overmix brownies but this recipe should be fairly smooth when poured into the pan.
And whatever you do DONT OVERCOOK THEM! Err on the side of less time. If they dont look gooey in the middle they are done. They will keep cooking a bit in the pan after you pull them out.
If it's just DH and me, we keep is simple and have a bite or two of extra dark chocolate (85% cocoa) or we'll pan grill a peach and top it with some creme fraiche.
