dumb to take my non mobile baby to the splashpad?

She only sits but does it really well.
It is hotter than hell here. Humidity is horrible.
So splash pad....dumb with a baby that cant walk or crawl? I dont mind getting a little wet.
Too cold for her?

My kids were both mobile by the time we went to the spray park last year, but even so, DS loved to just sit and play with the little sprays that came out of the floor/ground. He barely moved--just loved running his hands through the water, getting his face wet, etc.

We just got home from a weekend at an indoor water park with a mobile and a non-mobile. The non-mobile had a blast just sitting on my lap in the baby pool and just splashing around.

I took a change pad for her to sit on and she was a little scared of the water at first and then she got so excited about the fountain going on and off. It was cute. And good for a record humid day!

I'm so glad you went! We took dd to a little water park last week and it was one of the highlights of our vacation.

I'm glad you went. I have taken my kids since my 5yo was a baby and they all love it. The baby can just sit and laugh at the fountains and splash a little.
