Your heart rate is probably very high, andmyou might be a,little dehydrated. Id take it a little easier. Do you exercise with a heart rate monitor? Thatll tell you when youre too high.
Absolutely not normal. You're definitely pushing it too hard. I don't know what the weather is like where you are, but you could be experiencing some heat stress/stroke or like pp said, just a high heart rate.
I'd mention it to your doctor (sometime soon), actually. 4mph doesn't sound like pushing too hard to me, especially with a cooldown walk. One of my good friends has a condition in which she tends to faint during exercise; it has nothing to do with how hard she is or isn't working at the time.
Are you eating before the run? My blood sugar sometimes drops when I am running or riding, so I to pay attention to what and when I eat before heading out.

I sometimes have that problem when I switch from running to walking at the end of my run. I blame my low blood pressure, and dropping my arms to the sides makes it worse. So if I notice feeling that way I will walk with my arms up over my head while I cool down. Or cool down more slowly by slowing my running pace first then switch to walking. Being well hydrated helps at times too. I also tend to black out briefly when I stand up too fast.
Yep, I'd say dehydration mixed with no food and 6 miles of exercise. I usually will get queasy and dizzy if I am dehydrated and haven't had food in my stomach.
