I'm not sure what we're eating this week. I don't feel like planning anything right now because I used all my energy to grade papers this morning. Ideas?

Tonight we're grilling out BBQ chicken, corn on the cob, twice baked potatoes and veggies.
The rest of the week we're having: chicken stuffed with cream cheese and chives wrapped in bacon (so healthy, right?) shell casserole with ground hamburger chicken or shrimp stir fry Breakfast for dinner veggie omelets and hashbrowns

Tacos, pork chops with ah-so sauce, rice and broccoli, American chop suey, burgers and corn on the cob on the grill with salad. I use 93% lean turkey for the chop suey and tacos.
Tonight: Black bean burrito bake (from cooking light) Tomorrow: Shrimp and Zucchini Pesto Pasta Tuesday: Left over Honey Sesame Chicken Wed: Italian Turkey Sausage in sauce over spaghetti squash Thurs: Left over BBBB Friday: Left over Sausage/spaghetti squash
Tonight, bacon chicken wraps with lettuce, tomato, black olives and avacado. The rest of the week, steak with baked potatoes and asparagus, one night tacos, one night breakfast and another night fajitas with mexican rice. There is one night the kids will be gone, so I will use leftovers to make a salad with.
I just recently discovered it after trying it at the Yard House. SO good! I picked up a bunch of frozen filets at Whole Foods last weekend and can't wait to try making it at home.

Tonight: Pizza M: Some kind of shrimp pasta skillet meal thing that's been in the freezer for awhile and I need to get rid of it. T: Chicken Tacos W: Spaghetti & Meat Sauce T: Roast Chicken with Bok Choy F: Salmon Burgers with Broccoli S: Salad using the leftover chicken from Thursday
sun - blt's, oven fries mon - shrimp tacos with chips and salsa tues - chicken curry wed - H has a work dinner to go out to, so i'll have leftovers or something frozen thurs - rotisserie chicken and kitchen sink salad (some combination of fruit/veg/nuts/cheese and lettuce) fri - grilled turkey sausage, some sort of side dish
any/all of this could shift around to different days of the week.

H's parents will be here Wednesday, so we'll probably go out to dinner and his mom will probably make dinner on Thursday. Friday I have two friends coming in, so we'll probably eat out then as well.

Tonight: Leftovers Monday: Pork with Strawberry Chipotle marinade (this recipe cookinfood.com/2012/05/03/strawberry-chipotle-jam/ but we doubled the chipotles and added chili powder to kick up the heat) Tuesday: Leftovers Wednesday: Flatbread Pizzas (chicken bbq and marinara w/pepperoni) Thursday: Leftovers Friday: Leftovers or Takeout Saturday: Dinner Party. Menu TBD.

Monday I'm on my own so I'll stop and local sandwich stop on my way home from work.
Tuesday: Burgers
Wednesday: Quinoa stuffed peppers
Thursday: Hashbrown casserole probably with bacon and eggs
Friday we're having MIL and FIL over while my dad is visiting so we're making smoked brisket, mashed potatoes, bacon wrapped peppers stuffed with cream cheese, and homemade salted caramel ice cream. I'm sure the ILs will bring something too.

Tonight is fried chicken, mashed potatoes and greenbeans.
Monday- leftovers Tuesday- Corn Cakes with tomato relish and greenbeans. Wednesday- Frozen skillet dinner, we have a meeting with someone so I don't want to try and come home and really cook after. Thursday- Leftovers Friday- Homemade pizza.

Heh. I don't know. I'm looking at this page for inspiration.
So far I have something using sockeye salmon and artichokes one night, possibly asian lettuce wraps (skinnytaste), turkey veggie chili (we're having a cold front, it's in the 90's! lol)
