Fri - rest Sat - one hour charity spin class Sun - 3.76 mi on the treadmill
This was my first spin class since college, it was tough but fun! They fitted me with the bike a clip shoes, but I think something was off as the front of my left knee has been sore since a few hours after we finished.
F: 3 mile walk S: rest S: 12.5 mile road ride with DH. First time on a road bike. I usually ride my hybrid bike with DH. The bike made a big difference! Lighter and easier to handle on the hills.
Saturday I danced for 4 straight hours, I was like the motherfucking energizer bunny out there. Sunday I did a 16 km hike (probably 18 by the time we finished getting lost).
Today my legs feel like they'll never function properly again.
Fri: 10 miles Sat: rest day, some hiking with the kids Sun: 8 miles, 30 min upper body and core work I pushed my long run off the last 2 days, so I have to get up early tomorrow to do 17.
Saturday - 2.5 miles hard (goal 5K pace) Sunday - early & leisurely run around Duluth, about 3.25 miles. I LOVE running there, and we were up for a wedding the night before.

F: OWS but got rained out Sa: 2.75 mile run, 22 mile bike, 2 mile run brick workout Su: race - 300 y swim that was actually over 400+y, 11 mile bike, 3 mile run
Friday: Off Sat.: 43 mile gravel grinder in under 3 hours Sunday: 60 minute recovery ride (was raining, and my knee hurt), 3-4 miles walking and taking photos at an afternoon bike crit race
Fri: 2000 yd swim Sat: 3k row and quick weight circuit Sun: 3.5 mi run (!! Okay so it was more of a slow jog with a couple of walk breaks...but I am cleared to run again!)

Fri: rest Sat: 10 mile treadmill run Sun: 45 min on the stairclimber, a little upper body lifting (this whole workout sucked but at least it was better than nothing!)
