Dexter 8/19 *spoilers*

This episode was awesome. And, I knew Vogel was bad news!!! Ahh, I'm glad they did this twist with her character.

I love the Vogel is bad! I called it from the beginning, DH asked me at the beginning of last nights episode if I still thought she was behind it- yep!

I've always known something was "off" w/ her and that is would come out by the end.

I'm thinking that she is a killer herself and that she "takes on" characteristics of her patients and mimics them.  And the comment about dinner?  About "I hope no one is a vegetarian" - I won't be surprised if it turns out she's a cannibal too.  Shudder.....

I thought this episode was bad. The other guy was obviously not the brain surgeon - he only killed women. How did Dexter not pick up on this? I saw this coming from a mile away.

Also, insinuating that Quinn killed Dexter's neighbor? Uhh...no.

Huh? I didn't see them insinuate he killed Dexter's neighbor.

What other guy? Dexter thought the kid was the one who bludgeoned the two women.

the other "brain surgeon" who killed all those women in his basement - obviously NOT the brain surgeon, but Dexter never questioned that he was, which is annoying.

They said that whoever killed Dexter's neighbor, did it in a similar way as the housekeeper -- and Quinn has a vendetta against the boy who killed the housekeeper...he wants to make sure he's punished and looks like he caught a killer, etc. Also he was following him around alot so he couldve seen her get into a fight with him and use the blood on his car door handle to frame him. That just seems like the direction they are going in anyways, which is dumb.

The whole series just isn't as good as it used to be. sadly.

Remember when the other brain surgeon guy saw Dexter in his house -- he immediately called someone? So, I think he had a partner -- either vogel or someone else.

Overall, I am enjoying each episode, but still kind of just waiting for this series to end.  Illogical, I know.  I'm not feeling the whole Hannah storyline.

Oooh... that's right (SEE?!  You do pick up some of the details! ). 

Hannah - I honestly wonder if this is just all a set-up for him to flee the country with her so that they can wrap up the series w/ a pretty little bow.

This season is terrible. There are too many plotlines that suck, Hannah is boring as hell, and Quinn is too fucking tan. I'm at least happy they threw in MCH ass this last episode.

Quinn looks super skinny I think. Like his cheek bones are too pronounced or something. I don't know, he looks weird
