had the BEST track workout this morning !! Luckily i finished JUST in time as the girls cross country team and boys football team showed up. PHEW, it was kinda intimidating!! Especially during my "faster" runs......but it did push me!
Whats your favorite track workout? Today i did 8x400's with a mile warm up and cool down
Also, its felt SOOOO good on my legs and feet running on the cushiony track! <3
Great job! I like 400's because right when you want to die, the interval is over. Because I'm a true lover of distance however, my favorites are 1 and 2 mile repeats. 800's and 1200's are the suck!
