B: honey bunches of oats with skim milk, tea L: kale salad, nectarine S: grapes, carrots and hummus D: pasta with fresh tomatoes, garlic, eggplant, turkey sausge E: upper body and core strength
B: 2 hard boiled eggs, multivitamin, green tea S1: banana L: salad (spinach, carrots, mushrooms, red onion, sunflower seeds, soy nuts, balsamic vinegar), apple S2: almonds, raw protein bar D: almond pesto on homemade wheat pasta, Caesar salad
