It will soon be that time of year where a lot of us are going to work and leaving work in the dark.
What advice do you have for safe running in the dark?

stick to high traffic well lit streets.
don't ever assume that anyone operating a motor vehicle sees you.

Get a headlamp or small flashlight and reflective stuff (I like the vest).
Run with buddies, extra bonus- motivation to get out of your warm bed!

Wear reflective stuff; don't be shy about eye-popping bright colors.

I always stay on our main road, it has good sidewalks without cracks etc and also has street lights.

I leave the headphones at home when I am out for night runs, need to always be alert and able to hear fully

I run in the dark all winter, I have a headlamp and wear a reflective vest
