I have like 10 credit cards, and I don't have any of them memorized because I used too many of them for different purposes, they're for the most part saved on the sites I use them on, and the numbers change too often because of security breaches and such.
Back in the simpler days where I used 1 credit card for most things and the number wasn't stolen all the time, I had the number memorized.
Yes. I've memorized every one I've ever used. When I was using my parents' money (high school and college) I had theirs memorized too. A few years ago when someone stole their number, I was the first person my mother called because she just wanted to make sure I hadn't booked a $1500 trip on Lufthansa with their money.
yep. I buy way too much online. DH lost his card a couple weeks ago- I was so pissed I was going to have to learn a new number! thankfully he found it the next day before I cancelled it
I did in college, but not anymore. I recently realized that I now have my library card number memorized instead. I am an exciting and baller individual.
I've memorized my debit card - H raised an eye brow the other night when he asked me for it and I spouted off every number, the expiration date and security code on the back
No, I don't. I've never tried to remember it. DH has his memorized though. It's very convenient when I need to buy something and he's sitting with me and can just give me his number.
