Remember my fender bender a few weeks ago? I went to the dr and she gave me some muscle relaxers and stretches to do. My neck feels fine now.

I called the other guy's insurance to make a claim to get my bill paid. The adjuster came to the house this morning, paid my bill and gave me an extra couple hundred dollars in exchange for releasing the guy from further liability. Not at all what I expected. All I wanted was for my de's bill to be paid! If only all insurance claims were like this!

That happened to me with my last accident too, only I never had anyone come to the house, they just sent me a check for $400 for pain and suffering. Lawyers will say never sign away further liability but I took the gamble because I only needed a muscle relaxer for two nights.
