Greek yogurt is a good protein source. How about eggs or egg whites? If you like cereal could you do some of that Special K Protein Plus or the Kashi that has protein? How about almonds or almond butter spread on some fruit or wheat toast?

I eat a lot of things with nuts in them. Trail mix, nut bars (nature valley has a decent PB/choc one that has quite a bit of protein), or just straight plain or dry roasted nuts (usually almonds).
I'm also using protein powder, though I typically drink it with milk and sometimes a little ice cream, to make it more into a dessert (and to make it more edible).
I like Clif Builder Bars to up my daily protein intake - they have 20 grams of protein, are pretty tasty and are one of the better bars for you (no artifical sugars, etc.) They're easy to eat.
Cottage cheese and greek yogurt are both high in protein.

Right now I love Greek yogurt mixed with fresh fruit and cereal. I have it at least once a day sometimes twice. I always have nuts for me to grab a handful and keep going.

 On multiple levelsÂ
After I re-read it I thought that doesn't sounds right LOL
Eggs with breakfast, morning snack is apple with peanut butter, afternoon snack is protein smoothie. When I need to sneak some more in I just mix protein powder in my oatmeal, pancake mix, etc...
Also, Special K protein cereal with milk. It also tastes pretty good.
Yes, I eat this nearly every (weekday) morning because otherwise I overload on eggs and get sick of them. Having it with milk I get between 15-20g of protein for my breakfast, depending on how big of a bowl I make.

I had 2 eggs/day for most of the first trimester and I am kind of sick of them. Maybe I'll try this instead.
Does the protein cereal come in some kind of chocolate flavor?
Not that I have seen. It's kind of a light cinnamon/sweet flavor. Pretty crunchy flakes. I like it.

namasteak - I haven't seen it in a chocolate flavor either, just the regular flavor like wkatie described. It kind of reminds me of a slightly sweeter version of raisin bran flakes, but they stay crunchier than those do when in milk. It's pretty good.
In addition to the other suggestions, I would up my milk intake. When I was pregnant and had GD, the nutritionist recommended that I drink 4 cups of milk daily. I added Nesquik to it sometimes. I love milk and chocolate milk though.
