I'm new to My Fitness Pal (only been using it for a week) and I am surprised by the amount of calories they allow for exercise. For example, swimming laps for 45 minutes at a fast or vigorous rate equals 612 calories, cycling at a fast speed (16-20 mph) for 90 minutes equals 1470 calories (what?). Do these seem high to you? That seems like a LOT more calories to add to your daily intake if you are trying to lose.
