I am such a stress eater. I have grand plans of eating healthy and it all goes out the window after three hours of work. I just went to the cafeteria and ate 3 chicken strips and 3 egg rolls. Its like my reasoning just diminishes when I get stressed.
Thank goodness I will be moving to a new building that does not have a cafeteria in it.
I'm a huge stress eater and right now your lunch sounds so much better than what I'm having. Ham steak and edamame hummus just don't compare to your deep fried paradise.
Me too - work makes me crazy. I keep healthy stuff with me in an effort to eat apples, carrots and hummus and nuts, etc - but I tend to run to rite aid a lot for peanut mms (oops).
