Thanks! It feels SO good right now to not be training! If it is too hot, or I am busy, or hell, I JUST DONT WANNA, I do not need to run, and I feel fine with that. And less running = less rungar = down 16lbs! (plus watching what I eat a lot more too, just in general)

B: I was running late this morning so I just ate a pack of crunchy granola bars I had in my desk. L: leftover pot roast from last night, with Fritos. D: I don't know yet, it'll be late so I'll either grab something on the way home (maybe Subway?) or find something easy when I get home. S: banana and peanut butter. E: 3mi group run, assuming they don't cancel. We're supposed to have thunderstorms around that time, and that's about the only thing they cancel for so we'll see. If they cancel I'll do it at home on the treadmill.
E1: 4 mile run. in 93% humidity. Summer has finally decided to rear its head in Memphis.
B: Ezekial muffin with/ PB Crave, strawberries. Coffee w/creamer L: Salad with Simple Truth "Chickn" tenders + veggies, honey mustard. String cheese, apple S: Noosa yogurt or popcorn. D: Homemade enchiladas. Mine will be veggies with black beans.
