Disclaimer: I have no idea what website it is or anything, I didn't start this thread based off of that particular photo.
ETA: A lot of the shirts I am seeing, having the arm hole open all the way down the side and connected by about 1" of fabric.
I saw this recently on some female family members (who are all in their 20's) and then saw it some more on all ages of women and in some YouTube videos. It's not something I would do because a) I'm fat and no one wants to see that and b) a) is pretty much it. I feel like it's appropriate for beach wear but normal every day stuff? I don't know. I grew up being taught "don't show everyone your bra", so it's hard for me to go "oh, that's normal."
I'm not totally knocking it, because in comparison to everything else out there - it isn't that terrible.

It's not for me but my teen cousin is rail thin and it looks good on her. She takes care with coordinating the bra/shirt though, so not just a random bra showing through arm holes.
I have a few old soft and comfy t-shirts that I've cut to look like this. I run in them with a sports bra underneath. I do it because it's comfortable.
But people really wear this as regular clothes? Nope.
As a fashion statement, I don't particularly like it.
My sister does it with neon sports bras and white tanks when she works out, especially if she's running during the summer, and I'd probably do the same if I had the body to do so (I don't. She does).
