Glad to see "Jurassic Bark" at #1. It's so well-done and really packs an emotional punch at the end. This was, literally, the first time I watched this episode and didn't burst into tears at the final scene.
I think my favorites are: * "I, Roommate" * "A Bicyclops Built for Two" (I always crack up at Alcazar's "simple meal" of a can of corn) * "Amazon Women in the Mood" * "A Taste of Freedom" * "The Farnsworth Parabox" * "Three Hundred Big Boys"
I'm really not that into the newer ones, but I liked "Attack of the Killer App" and "A Clockwork Origin" (MH is a bio teacher/Darwin fan and he LOVES the part with Banjo and the Professor arguing on the steps with the hologram of all the Missing Links).
I also admit that I cried at the end of "Game of Tones" with Fry and his mother.
My DVR recorded all of them, so I went to delete them because they were taking up so much space and instead I ended up watching several and saving but a couple! Hey they really were my favorites!
I love that they're on Netflix! It's something good to watch while I'm chilling out at night before bedtime. I wish Bob's Burgers would get with the program and get their Season 3 onto Netflix already.
And it'd be awesome if there was a (legit) website to watch The Simpsons online - I have the DVDs but it'd be so much easier to be able to watch them on my phone. Or if they showed TV episodes besides the same dozen newer ones ... seems like the only ones they ever show are the one where Bart studies Teddy Roosevelt, and when Marge and the kids start a food blog.
My husband is deployed and Futurama is a show we only watch together. I haven't seen any of this season, except the first two episodes. I can't wait until he comes home so we can catch up!
My favorite episode ever is by far and away "The Day the Earth Stood Stupid." "The Big Brain am winning again! I am the greetest!" Cracks me up every time!
I saw an awesome tattoo on a guy in Brooklyn last night ... it was Bender hugging another robot (I couldn't see whether it was Flexo or Bender B/Glorious Golden Bender) and stealing his wallet.
