The beginning of pregnancy is the worst. I hate the waiting in between appointments for reassurance. Hopefully time will go quickly until your first appointment.

Well, you know I am right there with you. I made it 2 days without taking any but I took one today. I have a drawer full of pee sticks that I squint at

Nice to know I am not alone! I hope you can get some reassurance soon too.
Whenever you want to know if you are alone, talk to me, Ms.-11-pg-tests-later-and-still-not-really-sure-if-I'm-pregnant. Good luck with your OB's office!

I was the same way when I got pregnant with X. I kept peeing and taking my temp. My temp dropped and I started spotting so I freaked and peed on all the things. Luckily I got an u/s at 8weeks so that helped ease my mind. My best advice is stop peeing!!! I know it's easier said than done but Wondfos are the worst! I've heard that Wondfos are a yes/no test and they don't get darker/lighter depending on the amount of HCG in your system, they get lighter/darker depending on the amount of dye in the test. STOP PEEING!
I just ran out of wondfos, the one I took this morning gave me a nice dark line quickly so I was reassured. I did buy some more FRERS last week (i know, I know.. they were ON SALE!) and I have one left which I'm thinking I'll save until I have a day where I don't feel sick then freak out.
Although what Trudy said about how now the HCG would be so high that even with a missed m/c I would still get a positive result made me feel like even the tests won't reassure me.
Aaaaah. I don't remember freaking out about it either last time. I think because it was with my pregnancy that I got into the whole internet/pregnancy/forums/so much information thing so I never knew to be scared.
8 weeks does seem like forever away but it will hopefully pass by quickly!
the downside to finding out at 9dpo.. lol
My OB today was talking about "the good old days" before tests were so sensitive. She said nooo one found out until atleast a week past their period and chemical pregnancies didn't even exist. FRERs are a blessing and a curse!
I don'w know. I want them, but I have to go to an outside lab where there is always a long wait, and it is really inconvenient. I'm going to angle for an ultrasound at my intake appointment if they can schedule it late enough to see a heartbeat. I can't remember when my intake appointment was with J, but I know they did find a heartbeat, which was obviously reassuring. I don't know if they will go for it this time or not, though.
If you say you aren't sure about your LMP, they should do an u/s to date the pregnancy.
