Does it bother you when someone is too agreeable? For instance, if you asked what restaurant they wanted to go to, they'd say they didn't care. Then, if you suggested something, they would say that's fine.

I have no problem with this type of person. In fact, that's usually me. IMO, the company you're with is far more important than what/where you go. If there's something I really want to do, I'll say it. Otherwise, I'm game for whatever.

My grandmother was giving me a hard time about it this weekend & it bothered me. I find her difficult attitude far more annoying.

If everyone was very opinionated about everything, life would get very complicated. Since some people naturally are so, it's good that others are very easy going and have no problem just going with the flow.

Myself, I'm a little of both, just depends on how much that decision matters to me.

I agree with Tasha for sure. The only time I'd get irritated would be if a person never had any opinions about ANYTHING. I had a friend in college like that and she sometimes seemed like a robot! But Jen, I am positive you are nothing like that I am the same way as you-- if someone is like "I want to go to this particular restaurant, is that fine with you?" I usually say sure.
