Where to buy logo shirts?

I want to get DH some dress shirts with his company logo on them for his birthday. I was going to use Lands' End until I saw they have a $95-140 set-up fee for the logo. No thanks. Does anyone know of a cheaper, reliable place to get embroidered logo shirts made?

If you can't find something in your area, I know a place in mine. (But we can just make it into a reason for a play date, right?) We had colored shirts done for the flower shop several years back, and they did a beautiful job with the embroidered logos. I wasn't crazy about the particular brand of shirts they used, as they fit really boxy and not a high enough quality for frequent washing, but I am almost certain you don't have to buy the shirts through them.

I don't talk to my old roommate anymore, but she owned a store called Your Logo and that's what she did. There were locations all around the area. Hers was in Palm Harbor but I know there was also one on Dale Mabry and Bearrs years ago. Maybe it's still there?

That was supposed to be collared shirts not colored shirts.
