Sometimes you got to go with the flow. I find that healing comes after allowing myself just really feel the pain going through me in a quiet place. It hurts but it does not last forever. This too shall pass.

I think the ups and downs are all part of the process. Maybe try and take an evening (or weekend) and just focus on you and something you enjoy and don't deal with anyone unless its absolutely necessary. It will get better, and time alone might just be what you need to change your focus back to where it needs to be. Hugs!!

I am so sorry, I have had many days like this in recent weeks and I think it's completely normal. Sometimes it's hard to pull it together, and you will eventually, but somtimes it's just not possible. I'm sorry you have a work conference, I hate having work committments when I'm too wrapped up in my own personal drama. Hopefully you will feel better in a few days. And I also know the feeling of just wanting to go back to your old dysfunctional life. Keep staying strong!
