Those are two very separate things, but I thought I'd make a conjoined post about them. I know we are all adults here, but does any one watch cartoons or anime?
I won't lie, having a two year old running around definitely gives FI and I an excuse to pop Phineas and Ferb on. I'm the only one into anime, though. I'm pretty into all the weird anime, like Shiki, Hell Girl, ect. I love me some Azu Manga Diaoh and Yotstuba, though.
We have a 500 dvd tower filled with Anime lol. That's after selling all the doubles, and older vhs ones. When my dh and I moved in together we had so much anime it was crazy. I love Fruits Basket, hellsing, ah my goddess, Moon phase, hell girl, and rosario plus vampire. My Dh loves sailor moon and has the entire collection, and Wedding peach. I make hard core fun of him for wedding peach, its so bad its good. We end up watching more sprout, and Disney jr since our littles are almost 2 and 4. But I love me some Sophia the 1st.
I've only recently gotten anime do I haven't seen a lot of the most popular stuff, but I have tons of stuff on my crunchy roll queue, lol. Right now I'm watching the World God Only Knows, which is really not what I would have guessed based on the title, lol.

Sailor Moon ftw! I also like My Little Pony.
starfish I also have all the seasons on dvd. The original Japanese, not the dubbed version. I don't have the movies yet, but there is a website that have them for $25. That's where I bought all the seasons.

Yeah, my dh speaks japanese and insists on no dubbing in the house, were i enjoy the crazy voice actors they get sometimes. I also love when they have crazy translation issues.

I get all pissy, THEY AREN'T COUSINS DAMMIT!
One of fav, they hired Italians to do the voice over. Old man opens door, and for some reason in a British accent says "Oh hi der little girl" with a scary leer. Any time I open the door for my DH I leer at him and in the worst accent say that. Cracks me up every time.

My H watches Legend of Korra and now, I am kind of into it. So, now he has me watching The Last Airbender. He is always trying to make me geekier.
When we are at cons (usually the small one we go to) we go to the voice actor panels. They are great. The best was the ones Sonny Strait did. People would ask him to say certain lines/things as some of the characters he has voiced. He did a couple voices in Dragon Ball, so I actually knew some of them. Loved it!
We have seen the entire 3 seasons of The Last Airbender multiple times. We also have almost every Hayao Miyazaki film on DVD (still need Kiki's Delivery Service, for one).

We watch a lot of adult cartoons -- Venture Brothers (obviously), Archer, Bob's Burgers, Family Guy, Cleveland Show (the last two more intermittently). Brak Show when it was on, and Harvey Birdman. I feel like there's more that I'm forgetting. I remember one summer when a lot of live-action shows were on hiatus DH and I were looking at our DVR and thinking, "It's almost all animation!"

Ha, I wasn't even counting the stuff DS makes us watch (or we make HIM watch): WordGirl Wolverine and the X-Men X-Men Evolution X-Men (Old School) Transformers (Old School) Transformers Prime Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes Spiderman (every version) Batman: The Brave and the Bold Batman Beyond
And to think once we thought we were going to keep him away from all shows with fighting. We have really given up, lol.

Bob's Burgers is hilarious.
The Cleveland Show is pretty good, and American Dad is usually very funny. King of the Hill was very funny and very clever. I don't make it a point to watch Robot Chicken or South Park, but I usually don't change the channel if they come on. Family Guy has gotten pretty crappy lately.
I liked The Critic back in the 90s. The Oblongs was another funny show. And The Simpsons was fantastic up until about season 9.
I haven't been very impressed with the various Futurama reboots (although I admit I cried at the end of the recent one where Fry sees his mother again), but I'll miss it after the final episode airs tonight! I'm really interested in how they're going to wrap it up.
