B: gluten free pancakes (likely with blueberries), bacon, eggs, coffee L: grilled beef and cheese sausages, caprese salad, corn on the cob, cucumber-onion salad with yogurt dressing D: something low-maintenance (grilled cheese?) that we can feed DS so he gets to bed on time for SCHOOL on Tuesday!
No exercise beyond maybe walking to the park; it's my usual rest day.

I'm currently sitting at the hospital with my dad so I haven't the foggiest notion what my day will end up like. I'm supposed to do speedwork and upper body weights.
B: oatmeal w/ apple, blueberries, and raisins, coffee w/ stevia and unsweetened almond milk, hot black tea with stevia and a bit of honey - sore throat this morning:( L: Spinach, arugula, and kale w/ cottage cheese, zucchini, squash, pickles, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, greek yogurt w/ blueberries S: plum? D: hamburger or salmon burger on ww bun, corn on the cob, green beans, vinegar coleslaw, and watermelon E: 4-5 mile run
in the middle of a move...all food, utensils, pots and pans, plates, etc, packed...
B: nectarine, yogurt L: turkey sammie S: pretzels and hummus D: out (open faced pulled pork sammie with braised kale--all local and organic) E: some amount of running
