In college a girlfriend made these awesome "peanut butter, oats, honey, dried cranberries, and a hell of a lot of other stuff" bars/balls for a protein boost after practice.
I don't remember exactly what all was in them, but they rocked. There are a bazillion different recipes on the internet so I'm hoping you could share your favorite version with me?

I think Brie gave me this recipe: Also, I love breakfast cookies. You can make them the night before and grab them on your way out the door. I mix:
-1/3-1/2 c. old fashioned oats
-1/2 scoop chocolate whey protein powder
-1 T peanut or almond butter
-a splash of milk
-"mix ins"--dried fruit, nuts, coconut, chocolate chips, flax seeds You just mix everything the night before. Splash in a teeny tiny bit of milk--the mix should be crumbly, not wet--and pat it flat on a plate sprayed with cooking spray and refrigerate overnight. In the morning, you should have a cookie. The protein powder gives it a definite boost!
