For years I would do the owl "Hoo Hoo hoo" from Rushmore (complete with hand talons) and it would crack my friend up. She was the only one who got it. lol

Aw, you people have got no love for The Royal Tenenbaums? I stuck with him through Life Aquatic..., Mel. Now, like I said, visually they're still interesting and the acting is still great, everything else...meh.
I pretty much like all of his stuff. I thought Life Aquatic was hilarious and was the Royal Tenenbaum's. I saw previews for this the other day and I'm excited to see it.

I looked at the trailer for this movie a couple of weeks ago and I think it was playing in Greenwich then. I'd like to see it.
I was never employed in my field btw, just to let you know.
I was a very low-wage office assistant. I think I topped out at 12.75 an hour, if I'm remembering correctly.
I made more hourly as a hospital housekeeper working evenings on the weekends than I did at any office job<--- here is where I would put a lolz, if I was going to include one.

What was your field of study? Would you think of trying to do something with it?

You can tell me to stfu.
Psychology and English, double major. I also pursued education and did student teaching, I was no good.
I wanted to write. I should have been a journalism major. I don't think my school offered a journalism major. Also, I was not knowledgeable regarding majors and didn't know, at the time, what to take in order to pursue my goal.
If H could go back and do it again, I think he wold have majored in math or finance. I just don't think he got good guidance on that sort of thing.
My friend, who I don't think majored in journalism, went for a masters or something in it. I know you have taken other classes, maybe a journalism class would be up your alley. Flex your writing muscles.

Sure. Do what will work best for your life right now. Perhaps when the girls are in preschool, and thus all kids are in school, you could go take a class as a local school. I think starting with something you already feel drawn to and feel that you are good at it is a great place to start.
