What is your favorite tapas?

We had great tapas when we were away the weekend.
Our favorites were a warm brie w/crostini, hummus, lamp chops and a duck leg.

gambas al pil pil! mmm but kind of hard to bring to dinner. I agree that bacon wrapped/cheese stuffed dates are always good.

Bacon-wrapped dates, those little potato omelet thingies, and anything with cheese.

Patatas bravas (potatoes in spicy sauce), queso de cabra (goat cheese baked in tomato sauce and served with bread), and tortilla espanola (Spanish omlette). Tortilla espanola would be easy to make and take to a party.
