I would definitely go darker with your hair. Your hair color is pretty, but is much too close to your skin color. I wouldn't cut any length off the front of your hair, but would get it stacked in the back so you can get some height at the crown of your head. Then when you dry your hair, you can take a round brush to the shorter hair at the crown of your head and get some height and body in just a few seconds.
Your skin really looks perfect, so keep doing whatever you are doing as far as foundation and powder!
I think the biggest change I'd do is more color on your cheeks and lips. Tarte Amazonian Clay blush in the color Dollface would look fantastic on you with your fair skin and coloring. If you prefer a cream/liquid blush, try Benefit Posietint. It would also be really pretty with your skin.
I know when I wear my glasses, I have to wear more makeup on my eyes or it disappears.
I agree a darker color would look better with your complexion- but not too dark. I would do a very light brown with highlights.
I don't know about makeup colors for your skin tone bc its different than mine, but I agree with going to a makeup counter like Bobbi Brown (very natural) or even Sephora (but they charge) for a makeover.
Your natural colorings are beautiful, and your skin is flawless! I think you should get a blonde eyebrow pencil or powder, and darken them just a smidge. I have light hair as well, and even though the rule is to have your brows one shade lighter (am I right on that?) when your brows are super blonde, I think they look best with a smidge more color.
I think you should also look at lipsticks. I will be back with a few color suggestions.
Do you lighten your hair at all? If yes, I would let it grow back in darker.
I also think that a darker hair color would be really flattering! You don't have to go super dark; just darker than your skin tone. A strawberry blonde might even be really nice. Having that contrast will really play up your flawless, creamy complexion.
We picked it up when it was the $10 bauble about a month ago. I'm kicking myself for not getting pink! I don't know what I was thinking :-( I got black & green.
Another suggestion - I have recently purchased a few different pairs of prescription glasses from Zenni Optical for $8-15 each. I change them with my outfit, as I would jewelry or makeup. It's a fun purchase that can completely change your look from day to day, and an amazing price! zennioptical.com/

ooh...this is a great suggestion. Glasses with darker frames would give you a really youthful/modern look, and they'd add contrast.
This is my actual hair color. I did low lights 6 months ago and loved them, but didn't want to spend the money to keep them up. I will look for brow powder and more blush.
I also wouldn't want to pay to have my hair colored continuously. I wonder if there's a wash you could buy at the drugstore so you could do it yourself, and have it be fool-proof. Honestly, though, I think if you frame your face with a little more lip and eye color (brows included), your features will really pop.
Ditto. Seriously, you would look amazing with your hair color a little darker. Like Kore said, some contrast will show off your flawless complexion. I really like Clairol Natural Instincts. It is semi-permanent.
ETA: Right now I am getting highlights to go blonde, but in the winter I use Natural Instincts to go darker.
