Ugh, I just get so short tempered and impatient and end up feeling like the world's worst mom.

I guess it comes in handy when I have to deal with asshole shysters like the Rug Man, but not so much with my two girls.

I am the same way. I'm suspecting my bcp may not be right because I have I feel like I am always completely impatient and way more moody.
