Planning a "Sweet 16"Please help!!

My DD will be 16 in Dec and we (read I) want to do a "Sweet 16". And have tons of candy and candy decorations! I'm thinking we're going to have it at my mom's house which is on 2 acres. Any ideas help would be so great!! I want this to be the best Sweet 16 ever!

Also, we're giving her my old car but painting it and fixing it up. My H wants to give it to her at her party, I don't! WWYD?

I don't have any ideas, but your DD is really going to be 16? Wasn't she just 12? Times really flies!!

Maybe give her the car right before or after the party.

My baby shower was Candyland themed. There are a lot of ideas if you search that. Sounds like fun!

Thank you! I will look for Candyland ideas. I can't believe she will be 16 either. It seems like yesterday she was getting her first Power Wheel and I was worried about her driving that. Now I have to let her drive a real car and I'm not ready! Ha!
