I do really well on healthy meals for lunch/dinner. The only one I can't seem to keep up on consistently is breakfast. I really don't like oatmeal, eggs or yogurt. And I'm not a huge fan of fresh fruit.
Lately I've been doing dry cereals (special K, fiber one) but without milk since I don't like milk. And a glass of light OJ. But that tends to leave me hungry again an hour or two later.
I swear the only time I'm a picky eater is breakfast.
1 cup of low fat cottage cheese (180 cal) Egg white, spinach & feta wrap (290 cal) D-Lights Sandwich Canadian Bacon by Jimmy Dean's (frozen section (210 cal) Builder's Bar (by Cliff Bars) (270 cal)
I try to keep breakfast high in protein and around 300 calories. I snack before lunch (100 calories) and have coffee with my breakfast with creamer (70 calories).
I eat it at work so it has to be portable and I don't love sweet things in the morning, so either: - a small cheese or ham sandwich - but I guess that has to go to lower my calorie intake - a banana & a plain yoghurt - a protein shake, but I then need a snack (banana or other fruit) later

I usually eat Fiber One cereal or Special K with almond milk. Sometimes I'll have a multigrain 100 cal english muffin or, like today, just some fresh fruit and yogurt.

Usually a mini whole wheat bagel with cream cheese, an apple and maybe a banana.
If I have some extra time, a breakfast sandwich (wheat bagel, an egg, ham or sausage and cheese) or scrambled eggs with broccoli and cheese. With some fruit.
On the weekends it's all about the french toast and pancakes.

I usually have cereal with dried cranberries, almonds & almond milk. Sometimes I'll have whole wheat toast with almond butter & honey or oatmeal with almond butter, dried cranberries & honey.
What about oatmeal & yogurt do you not like? I never liked either before because I hate squishy textures. They make me gag. But once I started using whole oats & cooking them the old fashioned way, I saw that the final texture was much more chewy & not mushy. For yogurt, I can take it if it's the Greek style and I mix it up by putting dried fruit/nuts/cereal in it. So if it's the texture that gets you, there's ways around it. If it's the taste, then I can't help you.
Cheerios or Life with a glass of skim milk and a coffee with 2% milk & sugar. I'm weird about milk in my cereal. I have a 'thing' about wet baked goods... I don't even like birthday cake and ice cream on the same plate. blech.
