They cannot hold you to a standard that they don't maintain, even if it's written policy. So say company policy is to be exact on your time card, but boss has always be casual about it and accepted that it works out in the end. You CANNOT be fired if they go back on how they handled things if they never stuck to their policy. Essentially, they have to use the policy from the start for it to be enforceable.
Also, don't do anything you are uncomfortable with. Don't let yourself get stuck in a room with people yelling. That is harassment and you do not need to sit and take it.

Aren't you the one who had a baby a few months ago? I'm wondering if so-and-so is somehow treating you this harshly because you were gone, or he wants someone else in your job etc.

This is a good point. Did they only get to be sticklers about your time card AFTER you had the baby, and are they being similarly stickler-y with anybody else or just you?
