OK, I officially love the Urban Decay 24/7 eyeliners. I had never tried them before a few months ago, and now I want more, but not at $19 each. I seem to recall seeing a value set at Sephora around the holidays. Does that sound familiar? If so, I'll hold out until they roll out all the gift sets in November and buy then.
Yes! They have value sets throughout the year, but mostly around the holidays. You'll just have to keep checking back in. Also keep in mind that most of the value sets are travel size, not full size.
I also like the double ended pencils. They are especially more efficient to travel with. Sephora has had a value set with 2 pencils and a sharpener for $18, I believe.
ETA - Sephora has their 20% off sale in Nov. I'd hold out until then, and stock up, if you can.

The Christmas sets are out now. But I would still hold out for a coupon to show up from Urban Decay or another retailer. Sephora and Urban Decay also both have a few of the old formula pencils on sale for $6.
Thanks, all! I forgot to check back on this thread until now. I was a Sephora VIB for a few years, but I finally lost that status last year, so I don't get the super great discounts anymore. I'll sign up for UD's email list. I have found that I get the best deals on Tarte stuff directly from their website with F&F codes.
Oh, and I saw the clearance colors, but they're a little too adventurous for me. I have smoke and mildew so far, and they're both gorgeous. I want a plum, a brown or copper, and a deep blue.
I just found that. It looks perfect--I wouldn't use a couple of the colors, but 5-6 that I will use for that price is good enough. And I have a 20-year-old sister who'd probably take the bright ones off my hands. Thanks!
I have their old Ocho Loco set, and I wear the bright colors more than I thought I would.
I actually bought it for one of DH's cousins for Christmas then DH had an idea for her present, which he never does, so I kept it for myself.
Just this week I've worn the navy, the green (it's lighter than a forest green, with an almost teal undertone) and the brown. With normal/neutral eyeshadow it looks fine.
