NCEPR: best website for raising small amount of $?

I want to raise some funds to get 1-2 Little Free Libraries in my neighborhood. I know there are a few fundraising sites but I am not familiar enough to know which one a project like this might be appropriate on. Any suggestions?

www.chipin.com - doesn't charge any fees on that site, but paypal fees do apply (2.9% + 0.30 per transaction)
