I was mostly thinking that it was really funny that I was getting blowjob ads. It definitely surprised me though because I was waiting for a post to load on my phone. I looked away and then when I looked back, BAM, giant veiny penis.
Adblock FTW. Sorry patrick I have ads allowed on reddit but blocked on here after I had home depot in the middle of my page.
Speaking of having a site take you to something completely absurd the other day I was searching for something regarding molecular biology and I was greeted with a giant vagina and a dildo. Fun times to fun times.
I'm still slightly traumatized by the time I googled smitten kitchen and accidentily clicked on "smitten kitten". What has been seen cannot be unseen.

Patrick's over on ML right now. He said they're testing out interstitial ads on the mobile site but that they're looking for feedback. One suggestion he's looking into is having a fixed ad on the top and one on the bottom of the page rather than the floater or pop-up.

This would be much better. Don't make people wait 3-5 seconds. That is some bullllllshit.

I much prefer the fixed top & bottom ads than the stupid floater and the interstitial ads.
