What do you think of it? Is it worth watching? I kind of just want to watch it for Captain Jack.

I really liked seasons one and two. The third and fourth, the specials weren't that amazing. The writing, particularly Chris Chibnall's epsides, was very good. And yay, Jack!

It's a little intense compared to Doctor Who but definitely worth watching.

I really liked Torchwood. I actually watched it before I had seen any Dr. Who.

I tried to watch a couple episodes but it didn't do it for me. Other people love it though, so I think you should give it a chance.

I didn't like the first season. I thought everyone except Jack were unlikeable and really dumb. I wanted to smack them all. I have heard that season 2 was better, but I haven't been able to get into it.

I liked it a lot but I must confess that I got tired of all the sexual tension and relationships. It felt like someone was getting laid in every episode and I just wanted action of the sci fi variety.

I'm a bad Doctor Who fan because I still haven't sat down and watched it yet. But yes, just for Captain Jack alone.

I got sucked into the mini marathon BBC America was having on Friday and watched four episodes in a row.

I like that it's a little more gritty and adult.

It starts out really fluffy and stupid, but with occasional shocking moments. And then it gets really good, and really dark at the same time. And then it breaks your heart.

I forget how much I watched (the first 2 seasons maybe?) but I know I lost interest after a while. I feel like it sucked me in right away, but after a season or two started to lose me again. But that could just be me, because I have a habit of losing interest in shows if they go for more than a few seasons, unless I start when they first air.
