2nd trip to NYC. Things to do in October?

So, our first trip was in April.  We did the Top of the Rock, Central Park, MOMA, Chinatown, went to 3 great restaurants, saw a broadway show.  Headed back in a month.....what should we do?  We have reservations for 2 dinners (Del Posto and Minetta Tavern) and one lunch (Le Bernardin).   Would really love some suggestions.  Two adults, so no kid friendly activities:)

Chelsea Market, Natural History Museum, 9/11 Memorial, East Village, Bryant Park, St. Patricks, Walk over the Brooklyn bridge, Ellis Island

In addition to Mags's suggestions, walk around the West Village/Greenwich Village and Soho, Highline, Metropolitan Museum of Art, Tenement Museum.
