carrotsmakemefat, you were asking about Trader Joe's snacks the other day. I just discovered their Edamame mini crackers and yummmmm! They are completely gluten-free (according to the package) and are positively addictive.
And now a question for all the GF-folks. How do you get your calories in? The last time I tried going truly gluten free, I practically disappeared. Do you just load up on things like rice and potatoes? Is there some other magic food that fills you up? I already eat tons of protein- meat, beans, tofu, protein shakes- and good, fatty things like avocados & nuts and try to cook with coconut oil, but still feel like I need some granola, bread & other gluten to not waste away.
