We have two cats and one has been having issues peeing on the floors, clothes baskets, etc. Today she peed all over my sewing bag. We've changed litter, moved them around, etc. any suggestions?

Did the vet run tests for infection?
You may have to retrain by putting her in a small space with her litterbox, food and water for a week. (And go in and spend time with her.) If changing the litter, changing the place, changing the box type, using cat attract for the litter, using a feliway diffuser, etc. doesn't work, then talk to your vet about prozac or other behavior modification drugs. It sounds like she became scared of the litterbox during the storm and hasn't gotten over that.
I can ask about infections, etc. They asked ran a few tests for sugar, etc. What is cat attract? We switched from a pine based litter, to a corn litter, to Arm and Hammer.
I don't have any experience with this issue, but I would try adding one or two additional litter boxes in different areas of the house. Maybe she'll find an area that's more comfortable for her to do her business in, or maybe she no longer likes sharing with the other cat.
Also, do you change the litter frequently? I've heard that changing the litter frequently (not just scooping, but actually changing all of the litter) can upset some cats because it removes their scent from the area.

Cat Attract is a special litter. It works like a charm. I used to have to use it in the box my "problem cat" liked, but it's much pricier than regular Tidy Cat. We also used Feliway diffusers, although I don't know if they had an effect. Rescue remedy seemed helpful.

We clean it daily and change it once a month or so...whenever I can smell it. I can get a few more litter boxes. Her favorite perching spot is in our basement in a high window right in the direct sunlight. She's been going downstairs there lately.
Isn't tidy cat cheap? I didn't want to use one like that because of the dust. I also heard tidy cat could cause chemical burns on the cat's pads.i was buying World's best cat litter at $15 for a 7 pound bag.
