Today is my first day back in the office and unlike with Jelly Bean (whose daycare was down the hall so I nursed), I'm going to have to pump for the boys. I have my own office with a door that locks and a fairly flexible schedule. For the first week I'm going to try to pump every 2 hours. My question is, do I count the two hours from the time I start pumping or from the time I finish?

2 hours start to start is the general rule, but that can be very overwhelming, so if you can only do 2 hours from end to start, that should be fine too.
I agree. I don't think there are hard and fast rules. I just pumped 3x day 10, 1, 4 (giver or take) in the beginning and then dropped 1 session. GOOD LUCK!

And you got 70oz from 3 sessions?! I think on the MoM board you mentioned pumping that much. Or did that number include at home pumping?
So I pumped at 9:15, 11:30, and 1:45 and got a total of 20oz. I suppose that isn't too bad for my first day pumping all day. I nursed and pumped before leaving the house this morning too.
