  Those short style dresses never fit me. I have a long torso so my butt ends up hanging out. I just bought the pattern, and cloth to make this www.thinkgeek.com/product/1461/?srp=7 in the snow white version for me. I spent 1 for pattern, and 25 for all the fabric. Even if you have to pay someone, I bet it would be half the cost.
