I'm a total Joss Whedon fan so I was predispositioned to like it. And I did.
I thought that it was a good pilot episode. Hooked me and made me want to watch more. I like the way they've set up the team and that there wasn't a whole lot of backstory tossed out in the first episode. Chloe Bennet is really good as is Ming-Na Wen and Clark Gregg.
Plus, this is the kind of show that Joss Whedon does best- an ensemble of unlikely heroes, big bads, and witty dialog. Give me more.

I was honestly playing on the computer while I watched it, so I can't say I paid full attention. That said, it was enjoyable but not riveting. I actually thought the male "super-spy" lead was the weakest, he was just kind of blah. I liked the two scientists, they were fun. Pilots are hard -- you have to introduce all the characters, and then the network wants action to suck people in, etc. Knowing Joss I'm sure there are some big plot twists up ahead, so we'll be watching for a little longer.
Best part, hands down, was Coulson's: "I saw the dark corner, and I just couldn't resist. I think we have a bulb out back there or something." And the little poop with knives.

I enjoyed it, although I cut anything Whedon related a lot of slack. I think Whedon shows need a good half-season of set-up before they really get going. Firefly being the obvious exception -- maybe. What if it had gotten FIVE TIMES more brilliant in the seasons following? Now we'll never know.
I liked Fitz-Simmons quite a bit, but I'm very interested to learn more about Melinda. I'm a sucker for the kick-ass Whedon woman. I've always loved Clark Gregg in about anything, he's just a very appealing actor. Looking forward to seeing what kind of spins they'll put on the story as it progresses and Centipede develops as the possible Big Bad of the season (?).

I played on my computer, for almost the first half, but then watched the rest. It was good. I'll have to watch a few more episodes to see if I really like it or not.

I liked it well enough. Coulson was awesome, of course, and I suspect I'll end up liking May. I need a few more episodes before I can decide on the rest of the cast. All in all I enjoyed it.
I want to see more before i decide, I enjoyed it, but it did not hold my complete mind. I was able to play Diablo and keep up. I felt like something was missing, maybe I missed something but it seemed a little flat, and was pretty easy to guess what was going to happen in the story. Still enjoyable but I really wanted more! I am hoping it gets even better.
Fi pointed out that Shepard Book was in it and I freaked a little. It is good to see him in things! I thought it was done in a similar style to a movie, which was odd for pacing, because it certainly wasn't a movie. The "we are a team now yay dramatic group shots" I thought were cheesy, but over all I liked it!
