Random - Annie Sloan paint

I remember on a thread that someone on here was talking about this paint and how great it is even though it's pricey.  I am on a Facebook group swap and shop and someone is selling some of it as they bought it and the store won't let them return it.  Just thought I would put it on here in case someone is interested in it.  She said she paid $25 per can and is taking offers. 

Yes, I know completely random.  But I had never heard of it before and when I saw the post tonight I knew that I remembered reading someone's rave reviews about it!

I really want to paint a chalkboard wall on the back of my bar like this from Pinterest. Should I prime with Annie Sloan first?

It was me but unfortunately I live in Texas  

And Sara, Chalk Paint is completely different from ChalkBOARD Paint I thought they were the same things for like a year, lol. But if I needed to prime I would just use regular ol' Kilz prior to painting. Much cheaper that way!
