Personally, I love it. Sometimes I get dud boxes, sure, but I love mail and I love samples and I love surprises, so it's worth the $10/month to me (more like $5 after you review products for points).

I used to do both Birchbox and Ipsy. It was super fun at first, but the novelty wore off after a while, and I actually just cancelled both last month. But definitely try it if you're interested; it is a good way to learn about new products. One thing I liked is that many of the Birchbox and Ipsy products were brands not available at Sephora, so it helped expand my horizons. And FWIW, Birchbox is better than Ipsy.

Also, a few times a year HauteLook does a beauty bag for $20. I've bought two, and each has had one full-size product and a bunch of samples. I've enjoyed both.

I really love it. It's like a surprise in the mail for me every month. I justify it b/c I don't buy coffee or anything else on a daily/weekly basis so I'm not "wasting" money on those things.

My sister just send me a gift subscription for my birthday. I signed up this morning and i'm excited to try it. I don't do much with makeup, so maybe this will step my routine up a notch. Hope you enjoy it!
