Hats and Fascinators

I should be writing 10 pages today but since I'm an expert procrastinator:

Honestly, I've never cared for most hats or fascinators. There are a few in there who look good, more understated and classy but in general I am not a fan of most of these looks. Like Princess Beatrice's royal wedding look was just a total "no" for me. Also, I think that most of these people are just trying way too hard. I rarely wear hats but I did get a simple straw, wide-brimmed one at a market stall in London to protect me from the Egyptian sun.

As for Anna Nicole Smith's daughter, yes, she looks very cute and sweet. I really wish her the best for the future and I hope that she is able to live a normal, happy life.

I love hats. I don't think I'd ever wear one that looks like a bird cage or a Weird Al 45, but I wish I had a reason to wear a big, fun hat.

There's an annual Ladies' Day and hat contest at the track here, but it's not nearly so crazy. I went one year (hatless, as I had no idea!) and most everyone was wearing very normal hats.
